In the matter of sports, I am one who loves to take on challenges and risks. I enjoy practicing Taekwondo, Hapkido, strength training and my favorites include Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) and Skiing. Many don’t shy away from calling me a daredevil because of the exhilarating activities I’ve taken part in. Motocross, running with the bulls, skydiving, bungee jumping are only some to list. I am also a certified personal trainer and a 1st Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and Karate.

Hard work beats talent ! While talent is the hidden factor and something of a wildcard that can be used as an edge to succeed, it is nothing without hard workHard work is the strengthening factor that keeps you going and performing at high levels for prolonged periods.

Trained by professionals

During my Sports Career, I am fortunate enough to practice MMA, Taekwondo, and Hapkido alongside the world’s best professional martial artists. One of my all-time favorite coache is Ryan Shultz (5 Times IFL World Champion), whom I train within Trials MMA, Fort Collins, Colorado. Similarly, I had the opportunity to train with Master Baek Lee (7th Degree black belt in Taekwondo and 4th Degree blackbelt in Hapkido) and Master Cho.
